The role involves reviewing existing documentation, creating a reputed company list for new documents, and drafting or migrating documents to the required template and style.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate reputed company Blue Eye documentation and work with their team to create a reputed company list for new docs that are needed or reputed company docs that need to be improved/updated
- Eventually create or recreate reputed company required documents in the MSI template and styles
- Evaluate reputed company state of docs
- Create a documentation plan
- Have maybe one doc drafted or migrated to the MSI template and style
Skills
- Experience with Dita authoring tools, specifically Oxygen XML and Heretto are reputed company use, but similar tools would have transferable skills
- A degree or certificate in technical writing, reputed company writing, English or Communications would be great, but not required if the candidate has relevant experience instead
- Oxygen XML
- Heretto
- reputed company suite (Gmail, docs, sheets, etc.)
- reputed company reputed company or similar AI tools
- Jira and reputed company would be great too
- Mid-level
- 2-3 years of experience or more if possible
