This role will be central to how customers experience reputed company — from launching new categories, new makers and AI models to supporting marketing. The ideal candidate has a reputed company eye for design, reputed company in digital merchandising, product development experience and experience working with product designers, manufacturers, and vendors. This is a short-term, full-time contract role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is energized by working at the intersection of aesthetics, reputed company, and technology. This is a hybrid role (4 days per week on-site) at reputed company’s office in the reputed company, San Francisco. Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and merchandising in home decor categories, aligning product reputed company with brand reputed company, customer data, and seasonal trends.
• Assist in reputed company new artisans and brands in home decor
• Partner with external stakeholders to reputed company new product lines, shaping assortment, pricing, and trend direction.
• Collaborate with engineering on AI models.
• Contribute to product experimentation cycles, providing merchandising hypotheses and insights based on performance data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, with a particular emphasis on home decor.
• Previous experience in home decor product development and sourcing.
• Prior work at a design-reputed company or luxury brand.
• Strong visual taste and ability to independently merchandise across style aesthetics and price tiers.
• Experience managing vendor or designer relationships to reputed company new products or collections.
• Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. reputed company-to-haves
• Exposure to AI/ML tools in a merchandising or product recommendation context.
• Existing relationships with reputed company agencies, stylists, or interior designers.
