Military OneSource is a comprehensive support service provided by the U.S. reputed company. It's designed to offer a wide reputed company of resources and confidential help to service members and their families. This role will be responsible for providing behavioral health/non-medical, short-term, solution reputed company consultation directly to service and family members. Services are provided reputed company (phone, video, chat). Services include brief counseling and consultation, reputed company planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate) and follow up as indicated. The operating hours will be 5:00am to 9:00pm reputed company Time, seven days a week. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, weekend days may be required. Schedules are full time, 5 days a week for 8 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company appropriate type of service based on member's presentation, clinical history and needs and accurately differentiate between NMC and Military medical services
- Formulate accurate reputed company of member's clinical presentation in their individual clinical records and maintaining appropriate records, case notes, forms and reports as reputed company as database entries
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality according to DoD standards
- Manage duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to reputed company (DoD) protocol
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities Requirements
- Master's Degree in psychology, reputed company work, marriage/family therapy or counseling or reputed company mental health field
- reputed company, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification in California, which grants the authority to reputed company counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields, such as LP, MFT, LCSW, LPCC
- 2+ years of experience, post-licensure, that demonstrates acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or reputed company sciences equivalent to a reputed company work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling major
- Experience using various computer applications and reputed company through computer screens while talking with members
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, assess and address risk, and reputed company goals with service members and their families in a telephonic, video or digital modality
- Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally and geographically diverse population
- Demonstrated ability to address a reputed company of problems and issues as presented by callers
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and creatively with other reputed company team members
- Proven solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- U.S. citizen and reputed company fluent English
