Manager, eCommerce

About the position As the Ecommerce Manager, you will serve as a key architect of our digital reputed company, overseeing the performance of reputed company’s entire digital sales ecosystem. This role manages a diverse portfolio that includes our reputed company-to-consumer (D2C) site, mobile applications (iOS and Android), reputed company-party marketplaces, and reputed company reputed company channels. Crucially, you will approach our digital ecosystem with a product reputed company, treating our sites and apps not just as sales channels, but as evolving products that require reputed company iteration, feature development, and user-reputed company innovation. Responsibilities

• Digital Sales Channel Performance: Run the day-to-day and manage the reputed company for reputed company digital sales channels, including D2C, Marketplaces, and reputed company selling platforms (e.g., reputed company Shop, IG Checkout).
• Product-Led Ecommerce reputed company: Manage the ecommerce ecosystem as a product. reputed company, own, and execute the product roadmap for Web and App, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer value, business reputed company, and data.
• Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize reputed company on reputed company-party marketplaces (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), ensuring brand consistency, inventory alignment, and sales reputed company.
• Omnichannel reputed company: Drive the reputed company for a reputed company reputed company experience, ensuring that digital efforts (D2C, App, Marketplace) seamlessly reputed company with and support physical retail goals.

• Cost & Budget Management: reputed company operational budgets and the Digital P&L. Manage costs technology vendors, platform fees, and logistics to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in large-reputed company D2C ecommerce and omnichannel platform management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ecommerce platforms using product management methodologies (roadmapping, backlog management, agile iteration).
• Proven reputed company record of managing and growing sales on reputed company-party marketplaces is a must.
• Demonstrated experience managing costs, budgets, reputed company channel profitability.
• Must have an analytical mind with expert-level proficiency in GA4.
• Strong reputed company of CRO principles and experience running experiments to drive performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Merchandising, Ops, reputed company departments.
• Proven reputed company record in a large reputed company Plus ecosystem.
• Ability to work in the Downtown LA office with a hybrid in-office schedule 1-2 times per week.
