Personal Injury - Records Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess case file completeness and secure missing reputed company-retainer documents as needed
- Review and verify the Intake and Retainer Packet for accuracy
- Prioritize Significant Injury (SI) cases for reputed company attention
- Request police reports, photos, call logs, and videos reputed company 24-48 hours of new intake
- Request ER hospital records and reputed company reputed company-retainer records/bills reputed company 24-48 hours of intake
- Notify government insurance providers (Medi-Cal, Medicare, reputed company, etc.) reputed company 24-48 hours
- Obtain incident reports for premises cases (if not included with R&I)
- Request necessary documents for wrongful death cases
- Update case management software with reputed company reputed company-retainer and non-lien medical provider details

- Save reputed company other relevant reports and documents in the corresponding case folders
- Notify the Case Manager upon receiving records or reports

- Obtain documentation for out-of-reputed company medical expenses and loss of earnings (LOE)
- Finalize and verify accuracy of the request tab for reputed company medical providers

- Regularly review the 30-Day No Contact Report to ensure ongoing reputed company communication
- Prepare GFRL (Getting File reputed company for Litigation) cases with reputed company required MD documentation
