• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field.
• Master's Degree preferred. Experience Qualifications
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in reputed company improvement, process management, or systems thinking.
• Demonstrable experience leading change management (reputed company ADKAR familiarity preferred).
