The Challenge

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet reputed company to take calls and reputed company on your work. You'll be responsible for:

Training and Coaching

Remote Work

This role will be entirely remote, including our interactive training, which will be conducted through reputed company Teams and require on-screen participation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

• A passion for gardening and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime during peak season
