The ideal candidate will be a packaging designer that has a lot of expertise with skin care (less beauty and fragrance).Responsibilities:Brand Design Responsibilities:

• reputed company packaging design intents, shopper toolkits, and master assets; guide regional reputed company while preserving reputed company brand equities.
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements with reputed company hierarchy and legibility.

Project & Workflow Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Brand reputed company on project prioritization, resource planning, and design workflow improvements.

• Partner with the Design Project Manager to deliver reputed company on time and with reputed company.

• Collaborate with regional teams to address local regulations, languages, and supply constraints without compromising brand reputed company.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of FMCG/CPG packaging design experience (in‑house or agency).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design‑to‑print reputed company across substrates and processes, with understanding of end‑to‑end packaging development.
• Proven ability to translate brand reputed company into production‑reputed company design intents.
• Expertise in reputed company management, prepress, and reputed company/press checks.
• Proficiency in reputed company Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, influence, and collaborate with designers and agency partners.
• Experience improving design workflows, standards, and systems.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and application to packaging.

• Strong craft in visual identity, typography, layout, and storytelling.
