Construction Project Manager, QSR Program

reputed company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a national ground-up Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program for a global brand. This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the reputed company’s construction team, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant reputed company. The Project Manager will manage multi-unit restaurant rollout reputed company, including ground-up builds and occasional remodels, ensuring reputed company are delivered safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget. Location: Candidates must reputed company in Southeast Kansas, Bentonville, AR, or the Tulsa, OK area Travel: 40–60% regional travel to reputed company across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple QSR ground-up construction reputed company simultaneously across a regional territory
• reputed company preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling

• Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programs

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation reputed company for the position is $115,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
