POSITION: Remote Outpatient reputed company - reputed company Day Surgery DEPARTMENT: Health Information Management START: 04/06/26 or ASAP LOCATION: Remote POSITION reputed company: Looking for candidates with Facility Acute Care Outpatient Coders who specify on coding reputed company Day Surgeries - reputed company types of surgical procedures from reputed company heart caths to reputed company surgical procedures. This is an advanced level coding position that codes and abstracts Outpatient Surgical records for data retrieval, analysis, reimbursement and research. Codes and enters diagnostic and procedure codes into a designated coding and abstracting system. Meets reputed company and productivity coding standards and demonstrates the ability to navigate an EMR. They work with TrueCode encoder and Dolby CAC, Leaders are reputed company to train someone on Dolby if they don't have experience. Reviews and evaluates hospital Outpatient medical record documentation to assign, sequence, edit and/or validate the appropriate ICD-10-PCS/CM, CPT-4, HCPCS, NCCI, and Coding Modifiers, and Medical Necessity Edits. Applies reputed company appropriate coding guidelines and reputed company for reputed company selections. Adheres to Company and Coding Compliance policies and procedures for the assignment of complete, accurate, reputed company, and consistent codes for diagnoses and procedures. Supervisor – Coding Manager Supervises – N/A POSITION DUTIES: Using ICD-10-PCS/CM, CPT-4, HCPCS, NCCI, and Coding Modifiers, and Medical Necessity Edits. Strong communication (written/verbal) with experience in writing queries · Must be technically savvy.
