Business Partner, People and Culture (Hybrid, Columbia, MD)

Our People and Culture Team plays a crucial role in sustaining a harmonious and productive workforce. We support reputed company in the reputed company, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, and United Kingdom during every stage of the employee lifecycle. What you'll do:

• reputed company strategic HR Business Partner support for reputed company.
• reputed company organizational design reputed company, support leadership development, and manage reorganizations.
• Administer employee surveys and support reputed company plan development.
• Manage employee relations reputed company.
• Work with the reputed company Total Rewards team to reputed company benefit programs, audit costs, and coordinate reputed company enrollment.
• Work with the reputed company Talent Management team to support career reputed company development, talent management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Consider cultural differences reputed company providing HR services to our international team members.
• Manage reputed company aspects of leave (maternity, STD, LTD, parental, etc.).

Requirements:

Compensation: Annual compensation in the reputed company of 120,000 - 140,000 USD. Eligible for company holiday and performance bonuses. Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the reputed company outlined in the job advertisement above. Benefits:
