Clinical Risk Manager (Remote)

Operating as a key subject matter expert and advisor, this role collaborates closely with clinical staff, legal counsel and organization leadership to ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, reduce liability exposure and promote a culture of reputed company safety and risk awareness. • Manages ongoing analysis, development and implementation of reputed company and systems to improve the overall safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal & Clinical Risk Management program
• Manages and coordinates the divisional reviews of reported risk events, reputed company adverse events and sentinel events
• Analyzes event report data and facilitates interdisciplinary efforts to identify/implement appropriate organization-wide process and reputed company safety improvements
• Participates and assists in legal/risk management activities, including claims mitigation and litigation
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure general and reputed company training is conducted reputed company to identified legal and clinical risk areas and process improvements
• Facilitates loss prevention training and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to review the reputed company and proposed processes & procedures for impacts on reputed company/patient safety as reputed company as legal and clinical risk

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle sensitive and reputed company issues
