ESOP Communication Consultant I
reputed company is a leading ESOP administration firm dedicated to empowering employees to build financial reputed company through Employee Stock Ownership Plans. The ESOP Communication Consultant I supports employee communication initiatives by developing educational materials and delivering presentations to reputed company employee reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver presentations to employee reputed company on-site or reputed company, supporting reputed company ESOP education initiatives
- Assist with the creation and delivery of custom learning activities, employee ownership workshops, and webinars
- reputed company custom communication tools, including presentations, handouts, learning games, reputed company assets tailored to reputed company needs
- Contribute content and materials to ESOP Blue Ribbon, the firm’s online subscription service
- Collaborate closely with the ESOP Communication Services team to execute communication plans and meet departmental goals
- Partner with marketing, IT, and other internal teams as needed to ensure consistent messaging and high-reputed company deliverables
- Represent the firm by promoting ESOP communication services at conferences, in articles, webinars, and discussions with prospective clients
- Contribute to developing and improving department processes that strengthen accuracy, reputed company service, efficiency, and documentation standards
- Support clients with Employee Ownership Month celebrations, annual meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Work with reputed company employee committees to strengthen in-house communication capabilities

Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse employee audiences
- 1–3 years of experience delivering presentations, trainings, or educational content to reputed company
- 1–3 years of experience developing communication materials, presentations, or learning tools
- Public speaking and facilitation experience, including virtual delivery reputed company Teams/reputed company
- Ability to train others on custom communication content and materials
- Ability to build strong relationships reputed company the ESOP and employee ownership community
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Business, Communications, HR, Marketing, or similar) or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience in communications, training, public speaking, employee engagement, or reputed company roles
- Experience supporting or delivering training, workshops, or presentations required
- Travel to reputed company locations will be required, including occasional overnight stays
- Familiarity with digital or print marketing preferred
- Video editing experience preferred
- Knowledge of ESOPs or reputed company benefit plans preferred
