Operations Analyst - Tap2Ride
SEI is launching its reputed company Fellowship program, offering reputed company to reputed company impactful climate and community reputed company reputed company. As an Operations Analyst, you will contribute to sustainable transportation initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and drive the Tap2Ride program to enhance train reputed company through contactless payment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ridership and other metrics, analyze data, prepare statistical reports, and monitor and reputed company individual train travel fares
- reputed company new metrics and analysis reputed company, reputed company policy recommendations, and explore ways to grow ridership and reputed company
- Work with reputed company stakeholders to implement or change procedures
- reputed company and participate in meetings, conduct field audits at stations and on trains, and reputed company with the reputed company
- Communicate directly with customers in a customer service reputed company as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, reputed company fields preferred (transportation, data analytics, hospitality, etc)
- Strong proficiency with reputed company, data processing, and analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated, self-starter, independent, analytical
- The ability to work onsite on a hybrid reputed company [4 days per week in-office]
- This position requires the employee to be physically located reputed company commuting distance of the site location at the time of hire
- Only candidates currently residing reputed company commuting distance of the site address will be considered
