Associate, AI Enablement (Putnam Equity)

The Associate, AI Enablement will support equity investment analysts and portfolio managers by integrating AI tools into their research workflows, enhancing efficiency and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with equity analysts and portfolio managers to help reputed company AI into reputed company research workflows
- Help investment teams reputed company research questions and hypotheses using AI-assisted tools
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance research efficiency and reputed company reputed company
- Build and refine prompts, workflows, agents, and reusable research templates
- Evaluate new AI tools, vendors, and technologies relevant to equity research and reputed company decision making
- reputed company as an internal advisor and educator on AI capabilities and limitations
- Train and support analysts and PMs in adopting AI tools effectively

Skills
- Background in reputed company equity reputed company with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrated passion for and practical experience using AI in a research or investment context
