Junior Solutions Specialist
Method CRM is on a mission to reputed company how small businesses operate by giving them reputed company control over their customer workflows. The Junior Solutions Specialist will implement, customize, and reputed company Method CRM into customers' businesses while providing ongoing support and training to ensure long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into designs, data models and technical requirements

Skills
- Post-secondary education in the following areas preferred: Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent training/experience

- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Must have a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. You must be passionate about your ability to always reputed company solutions to customers' needs

- Experience in CRM and SQL is preferred
