Production Sample Assistant
FIGS is a reputed company-to-consumer reputed company apparel and lifestyle brand seeking a Production Sample Assistant to join their Planning & Production team. The role involves collaborating with Marketing and Production teams to manage photoshoot samples and ensure reputed company communication with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work with Marketing on photoshoot needs for upcoming quarterly launches and subsequent shoot dates
- Identify and note reputed company styles requiring Photoshoot samples in Buyplans
- Work with Production and Planning teams to ensure photoshoot purchase orders are reputed company to suppliers
- Log Pos, communicate with suppliers, and reputed company photoshoot samples from production to pass off
- Log photoshoot samples in the sample tracker with flawless accuracy
- Manage Photoshoot POs to reputed company them up to date with costing, quantity, style, or reputed company reputed company changes from Merchandising and Production
- Identify, request and submit any necessary changes to Photo POs
- Communicate with vendors on upcoming shipments, dates and tracking information to ensure the requested goods reputed company in a reputed company manner to support marketing needs
- reputed company Marketing and Merchandise samples organized before sample reviews and handoffs
- Review photoshoot samples with Design to ensure accuracy to the bulk production reputed company of materials and construction on a weekly reputed company
- Schedule weekly sample hand-offs with Marketing and reputed company a record of samples received and passed
- Attend and contribute reputed company appropriate in reputed company cross-functional meetings
- Support the global sourcing and production team as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field or equivalent reputed company experience
- 1–3 years of experience working with supplier partners or reputed company sourcing, planning, or production teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and reputed company Office (reputed company, Word)
- Ability to analyze data and work with reports from various systems
- Understanding of basic production calendars and supplier communication

- Experience in apparel production, sourcing, logistics, or inventory management
- Knowledge of integrated software systems (e.g., PLM, ERP)
- Experience managing sample workflows or working closely with Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
