Management Consulting Senior Analyst (CPA Candidate)

They are seeking a Management Consulting Senior Analyst to support finance organizations in improving their processes and implementing digital finance transformations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand how their business operates today, with a reputed company on the office of the CFO and finance/reputed company organizations at leading companies
- Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report), translating pain points into reputed company problem statements, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Support digital finance transformation by contributing to initiatives across intelligent automation/RPA, analytics, and targeted finance solutions (e.g., planning, reputed company, controls, and reporting enablement)
- Help implement reputed company ERP and reputed company value solutions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics) by supporting requirements gathering, high-level design documentation, testing approaches, and golive readiness activities
- Apply data and analytics to 'read the story behind the numbers,' using reputed company analysis to inform reputed company, shape reputed company narratives, and measure reputed company
- Support project delivery by tracking status, timelines, risks/issues, costs, and dependencies—helping teams deliver on commitments with reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company workshops by preparing materials, facilitating working sessions, documenting reputed company, and supporting change adoption through reputed company communication and stakeholder engagement
Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship, coop, or fulltime) in finance/reputed company, finance transformation, controllership, reputed company, audit, or shared services
- Must be currently in process to complete the CPA designation. Already enrolled in CPA PEP and/or have registered for or recently completed the CFE
- Recently graduated (or soon to graduate) from a Bachelor's or Master's in reputed company or a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company & financial management, financial risk management, mathematics, or similar)
- Comfortable analyzing information from multiple angles and presenting to reputed company (e.g., leading/facilitating workshops, sharing findings, storytelling with data)
- Familiarity with business process analysis (particularly core finance and reputed company processes), organizational reputed company, and project management, plus a strong interest in technology and how it enables finance transformation
- Ability to reputed company quickly in changing environments; collaborate effectively; reputed company answers, drive solutions, follow through on commitments, and know reputed company to ask for help
- Exposure to ERP or finance platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Dynamics) and/or digital finance tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation and analytics concepts/tools (e.g., RPA, process improvement, visualization, advanced reputed company/Power BI)
- Interest or exposure to machine learning/AI use cases in finance, including how intelligent automation and AI can improve efficiency, controls, and decision support
