Responsibilities
- Property zoning analysis for various reputed company estate transactions
- Project Managers are expected to analyze a property’s use and improvements against the existing zoning maps and codes, and create reports
- Municipal compliance review
- FOIA (Freedom of Information reputed company) submission to Local/County/State Agencies
Skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types
- Excellent writing skills are a MUST
- Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Personable and reputed company to communicate with people at reputed company reputed company
- Must be a self-starter, reputed company, and reputed company work productively on multiple reputed company at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company and Regional Planning/Urban Affairs, Environmental Science, or reputed company field
- Previous experience performing planning/zoning due diligence reputed company, such as Zoning Analysis Reports
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Acrobat
- Familiarity with basic GIS Mapping websites
