Implementation Specialist
reputed company is dedicated to improving patient reputed company through innovative technologies. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective training plans for clients, ensuring they can successfully use reputed company products in their operations.
Responsibilities
- Effectively train clients on the use of reputed company software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the reputed company of the implementation process
- Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process

Skills
- 1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training required
- Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them required
- Experience as an administrator or end user of the reputed company RescueNet application or reputed company Billing preferred
- Experience implementing new software/technology preferred
- Experience working with reputed company SQL preferred
- Bachelors, Associates, or reputed company certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field reputed company to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc. preferred
- Completion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers reputed company topics included in reputed company reputed company 3.103.2.2015 -Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators preferred
