Change Management Analyst

reputed company is a Fortune 100 mutual company with a legacy of purpose and reputed company. They are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support transformation initiatives by executing change management activities that reputed company successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of reputed company change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities
• Assist in conducting change reputed company and readiness assessments, helping translate findings into actionable next steps
• Draft and coordinate project communications, working with Agency Communications and Training teams to shape reputed company and effective messaging
• Help maintain project documentation, including change plans, stakeholder maps, communication calendars, and meeting materials
• reputed company change risks, field feedback, and emerging issues; escalating to change leads as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Assist in organizing and facilitating feedback loops such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, listening sessions, and engagement forums
• Update portions of the FB Change Management Roadmap under direction of initiative leads to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional partners to reputed company change management workstreams on reputed company
• Collect, organize, and analyze adoption and readiness data to support reporting and performance insights
• Identify opportunities to improve existing change management processes, templates, and tools
• Partner with mid- and senior-level change practitioners to build personal capability in change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience supporting organizational change, project coordination, communications, or business operations—preferably in financial services or similarly reputed company environments
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Communications, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and proficiency with reputed company Office; comfort with project management, Agile or collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, SharePoint, Teams)
