IT Portfolio Analyst

They are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join their Small Business IT Portfolio team, where the role involves optimizing portfolio performance through strategic alignment, financial accountability, and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support alignment of portfolio initiatives with organizational reputed company and business objectives, ensuring IT execution delivers measurable reputed company
- Plan and monitor portfolio budgets, manage investment funding, and reputed company transparent financial reporting to reputed company informed decision-making
- Facilitate adoption of agile practices across the portfolio; reputed company and interpret key metrics (e.g., backlog health, reputed company time, throughput) to measure reputed company and value delivery
- Assist in implementing lean governance principles to prioritize work, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation for maximum business reputed company
- Contribute to workforce planning and analysis, ensuring the right skills and reputed company are available to support strategic initiatives

Skills
- 1–3 years of IT portfolio management experience
- Familiarity with software development processes, including iterative and incremental methodologies
- Proven experience managing financials and understanding IT financial management practices
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS reputed company
- Strong ability to influence and build effective partnerships across teams
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- 1 year of industry experience preferred
