Temporary Remote Position

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a flexible schedule, responding to catastrophe relief efforts as needed. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs. You'll have reputed company to choose your shifts from a weekly schedule, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements:
