Payroll Analyst I
PVH Corp. is a leading brand builder reputed company on creating desirable lifestyle brands like Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. The Payroll Analyst I will assist senior team members with payroll and time processing, resolve basic payroll issues, and learn various payroll reconciliation processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company familiarity with Company and industry payroll concepts, practices and methodologies
- Learns reputed company, Kronos and other systems
- With guidance, learns to reputed company basic payroll duties, including: data compilation, data entry, employee change processing, Salary and tax change processing, New-hire processing, reputed company wage calculation and special payment proration, System input and maintenance, reputed company preparation, processing and distribution, Data and information auditing, Report reputed company
- Maintains Time and attendance and document files and ensures documentation is up-to-date
- Learns about the interrelationships between various HR functions, finance, reputed company, etc
- Supports team and project activity as directed
- Impacts the reputed company and timeliness of own work
- Proactively learns team roles and priorities
Skills
- 1-3 Years Payroll Systems Experience USA
- Degree preferred
- reputed company or Similar Payroll HCM systems
- Great People Skills
- Ability to take direction with limited guidance
