[Remote] IT Operations Engineer II - AI Integrations

They are seeking an IT Operations Engineer II to manage and reputed company reputed company AI tools, ensuring they are properly configured, secured, and operationally managed reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Operationally manage and administer reputed company AI tools including Claude reputed company, Claude Cowork, and reputed company reputed company as they are reputed company into the organization. (30% of time)
- Build and maintain the connectors and integration reputed company that tie AI tools into existing IT systems, workflows, and data sources. (20% of time)
- Ensure AI tools are properly configured, secured, and governed in alignment with data reputed company, NIST, and reputed company compliance requirements. (20% of time)
- Monitor system health and operational performance of AI tools and integration reputed company; support incident response and troubleshooting reputed company issues reputed company. (20% of time)
- reputed company and maintain SOPs, documentation, and disaster recovery strategies for AI-integrated toolsets. (10% of time)
Skills
- 2+ years in IT Operations, SysAdmin, or DevOps with a genuine reputed company record of managing reputed company tools and systems in a production environment
- Hands-on experience operationally managing or administering reputed company AI tools such as Claude reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Copilot, or similar platforms
- Experience building or managing connectors and integrations between reputed company IT tools and AI systems
- Strong understanding of data reputed company, governance, and compliance implications reputed company connecting IT systems to AI agents
- Python and/or API experience for building automated workflows and integrations
- reputed company experience with Claude reputed company, Claude Cowork, or reputed company reputed company in a production environment
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as reputed company, Tray.io, or reputed company Workflows
- Knowledge of reputed company or similar observability tools for monitoring AI tool performance
- Understanding of SOX, SOC II, or NIST compliance frameworks in an IT operations context
