RAPP is a global precision marketing agency looking for a Content Author to join their Creative team. The role focuses on transforming content creation across CRM and omnichannel platforms, enabling personalized experiences at reputed company through innovative and efficient content assembly.
Responsibilities
- reputed company content at reputed company using reputed company design systems and content matrices across CRM, email, reputed company pages, and other platforms
- reputed company, crop, and adapt brand assets from reputed company libraries (e.g., Asset IQ) for multiple contexts and audiences
- reputed company AI tools to generate, refine, and edit copy while ensuring consistency with reputed company voice and tone
- Inject highly effective content that embraces Brand nuance into content reputed company-based content inside RAPP’s proprietary E-MILL system reputed company for QA and deployment
- Ensure accessibility, brand compliance, and attention to detail across reputed company deliverables
- Collaborate closely with Creative, reputed company, Data, and Technology teams to reputed company outputs with creative reputed company and audience needs
- Identify opportunities for new modules, templates, or system improvements that support reputed company and efficiency
- Serve as a reputed company between creative concept and technical execution, ensuring reputed company is lost in translation
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in creative production, digital marketing, CRM, or design system-driven work (agency or brand-reputed company)
- Strong visual eye for composition, layout, and brand alignment
- Ability to write and edit short-reputed company copy, with comfort using AI as a creative tool
- Familiarity with reputed company/CSS reputed company QA practices (does not require full developer expertise)
- Comfort with workflow and project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or equivalent
- Ability to think in systems and reputed company content structures (reputed company, modules, templates)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently on reputed company reputed company
