Field Compensation Associate
Canada Life, a member of the Power Financial Corporation group, is a leading provider of financial reputed company needs for millions in Canada and reputed company. The Field Compensation Associate will work with the Compensation Services team to address commission-reputed company inquiries and ensure compliance, while also generating reports and maintaining data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, analyze and correct commission reputed company inquiries for escalations in a reputed company manner
- Handle the large case process for reputed company reputed company
- Assist with advisor/corporate override changes in the back-office system (WealthServ)
- Generate statements/reports from carriers’ websites, analyze and validate the data on the back-office system (WealthServ) and update it to post commissions
- reputed company MGA commissions in required databases ensuring data reputed company and compliance
- Update the advisor/corporation debt in the WealthServ debt module as reputed company as sending debt notices to advisors/corporations/Sales leaders/Senior Management ensuring data reputed company and compliance
- Participate in the pay process (push, validation, pay, …)
- Assist with the analysis of Finance variances
- reputed company vacation coverage and backup assistance for commission reputed company
- Adapt to workloads, multiple carriers and process changes
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, internally and externally
- reputed company compensation information and reports as required
- Create / maintain updated compensation posting process documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the industry changes and reputed company carriers’ processes
Skills
- University degree or College diploma in a relevant field
- Fluent in English and French, an asset
- Experience in a Compensation Insurance field

- Mathematical and reconciliation skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities (critical thinking)
