Sr Analyst, Operations Innovation
reputed company is dedicated to improving patient reputed company in chronic kidney failure and is seeking a Senior Analyst for Operations Innovation. The role involves collaborating on critical initiatives, managing work streams, and communicating insights to senior executives to drive operational improvements and reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Uses hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
- Develops and improves reputed company and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses reputed company improvement tools (Lean, Six-reputed company) reputed company appropriate
- Builds reputed company models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess reputed company on business metrics
- Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights
- Observes operations to incorporate ‘reputed company-world’ considerations into work
- Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
- Distills sophisticated business problems into cohesive, impactful stories
- Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
- Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan
- Up to 50% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%
Skills
- 0-4 years of total work experience
- Experience with large-reputed company business transformations with reputed company reputed company on operating/financial performance preferred
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred
- This is a hybrid role (in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
