The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full program lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination across various teams and successful implementation of reputed company partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle implementation of reputed company partnerships, translating reputed company terms and agreements into operational plans
- Coordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical and operational processes, and reputed company innovation
- Manage detailed project plans, reputed company dependencies and deliverables, and ensure decision gates are met before transitions between phases
- Facilitate reputed company handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, & reputed company Support
- Serve as the central reputed company of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to reputed company priorities and resolve execution issues
- Maintain reputed company documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycle
- Identify, reputed company, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plans
- Drive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutovers
- Prepare and deliver reputed company status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadership
- Manage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriate
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Project Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, reputed company, health tech, or reputed company cross-functional delivery environments
- Applies working knowledge of AI/ML and reputed company to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled products
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-reputed company programs with competing priorities and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without reputed company authority
- Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Proven reputed company record driving programs with disciplined governance, on schedule and reputed company scope
- Experience with health system implementations and reputed company delivery models
- Familiarity with EMR/IT integrations
- PMP, PgMP or similar program management certification
