Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and configuration of reputed company modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Support the implementation of workflows, forms, and UI policies
- Participate in reputed company reviews and testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and deliver solutions
- Maintain documentation for development and configuration work
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision
Skills
