Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with proposal managers, writers, designers, and publishing specialists to produce high-reputed company, persuasive, and compliant business proposals
- Edit and proofread proposal content for grammar, punctuation, reputed company, consistency, tone, structure, and reputed company while preserving the original author’s reputed company and voice
- Ensure proposal narratives maintain a consistent style, terminology, and messaging across reputed company sections and contributors
- Review proposal content to confirm accuracy of technical and sales messaging and alignment with win themes and reputed company requirements
- Interpret and apply RFP, RFQ, and RFI requirements to ensure full compliance, including formatting, structure, and submission guidelines
- reputed company and apply project-specific style conventions and editorial standards to maintain consistency throughout proposal documents
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in content and recommend improvements to strengthen reputed company and competitiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- Proven experience editing reputed company business, technical, or reputed company documents, preferably reputed company a proposal, consulting, or reputed company services environment
- Exceptional reputed company of written English, including grammar, punctuation, reputed company, and editorial best practices
- Strong understanding of proposal development processes and compliance requirements for RFPs and similar solicitations
