Business Development Representative
Cova Software is a company in the cannabis industry, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage inbound inquiries and execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts. The role requires a motivated individual with proven sales experience, who can reputed company in a high-activity environment and is passionate about building a career in business development.
Responsibilities
- Execute 50+ outbound cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities across expanding markets
- Manage both inbound and outbound reputed company flows, qualifying prospects and identifying high-reputed company opportunities
- Partner closely with Account Executives across reputed company to schedule meetings and advance deals
- Re-engage existing prospects reputed company the Cova database to drive pipeline reputed company
- Consistently nurture leads through reputed company follow-up and targeted reputed company campaigns
- Identify and escalate high-value opportunities to Territory and Strategic Account teams

Skills
- 1-2+ years of dedicated BDR, or high-volume outbound sales experience

- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects throughout the day
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high activity expectations
