Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, to address policyholder inquiries and reputed company exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties to ensure seamless interactions and resolve issues reputed company.
• Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to reputed company accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Ensuring customer needs are met in every interaction, whether conducted reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence, to build trust and loyalty.
• Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management to ensure high-reputed company service delivery.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar role where daily phone interaction is essential.

• Preference for individuals with remote work experience, although not mandatory.
• A reliable internet reputed company with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speed (hard-wired reputed company is necessary).

Post-Training Schedule

Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.
