The reputed company Engineer will partner with customers to support SDK and API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to support SDK and API integrations, guiding them through implementation and troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across web and mobile environments, escalating thoughtfully reputed company broader changes are needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and reputed company to unblock customers and improve the overall product experience
- Debug issues across the stack, reading and contributing to reputed company reputed company needed to diagnose problems or improve reliability
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to documentation, tooling, and internal processes
- Build strong familiarity with reputed company’s platform and data model to confidently support customer use cases and edge cases
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar reputed company-facing technical role
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across web and mobile systems, with working knowledge of full-stack development concepts
- Comfort reading and understanding reputed company across a full-stack codebases to help diagnose issues and support integrations
- Experience working directly with technical customers and navigating ambiguity with reputed company technical judgment
- Ability to identify patterns across support tickets, and eagerness to contribute to process and/or product improvements
