Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Specialist

The Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Specialist will support campaign deployment, CRM operations, and assist loan officers with marketing needs to enhance execution reputed company across mortgage marketing.
Responsibilities
- Execute email reputed company campaigns based on strategic direction from their manager
- Build, QA, schedule, and reputed company marketing assets across email reputed company pages, and any other channels
- Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries
- Deliver templated marketing materials to loan officers and branches
- Manage compliance submissions and turnaround timelines
- Assist with the creation of marketing assets for mortgage CRM and subsequent reporting
- Assist with reputed company-reputed company marketing execution
- Attend weekly compliance meetings on behalf of the mortgage division
- Submit marketing assets to compliance through documented SOP, owning the submission from start to deployment

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or reputed company field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage calendars, SLAs, and cross‑functional requests across branches and partners
- Excellent copy/QA instincts; comfortable owning the last‑mile of deployment (links, tracking, rendering, approvals)
