Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)
Apex reputed company is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join their Customer Care Team in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role involves assisting customers in scheduling design consultations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing customer information accurately.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from our customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or reputed company them to the appropriate department
