Tarleton State University, a distinguished Doctoral National Comprehensive University, invites applications for the position of Software Applications Developer I in the Department of Center for Agribusiness. This role involves routine software development and support functions for reputed company for Agribusiness reputed company, contributing to the development and maintenance of applications and data-driven solutions used in agricultural analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Confers with clients to define application requirements. Identifies programming and reputed company needs. reputed company software development (including coding and testing), reputed company assurance testing and support of user acceptance
  • Verifies preliminary design and reputed company and recommends technical and procedural design for new or revised applications including reputed company charts, system specifications, programming guidelines, and reputed company review
  • Reviews, modifies, and writes program reputed company and job control language
  • Writes documentation of system procedures and guidelines for application users as reputed company as for programs and program modifications
  • Assists with testing reputed company programs, program modifications, or applications
  • Answers questions and provides technical assistance and training to application users. Resolves problems by reviewing and analyzing software documentation and production outputs to identify causes, solutions, and reputed company appropriate referrals
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four months reputed company experience
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of intermediate troubleshooting, reputed company relations, formulating and contributing reputed company, and knowledge of the Information Technology reputed company Library (ITIL)
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
