Field Engineer
reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Field Engineer to install, commission, and service energy management and building automation systems across the reputed company. This role involves extensive travel and requires a hands-on technician who enjoys working independently and solving reputed company problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Install, reputed company, configure, and reputed company ENTOUCH energy management and building automation equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and associated HVAC components. reputed company system startups, reputed company-to-reputed company checkouts, and commissioning activities to ensure reputed company operation. Verify installation reputed company and system functionality prior to customer reputed company
- reputed company basic programming and configuration of BAS systems. Update firmware/software and validate communication between system components. reputed company controllers with network infrastructure as required
- Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions, networking issues, and communication faults. Analyze system performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions. reputed company onsite and remote technical support as needed
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation. Document field changes, service activities, and commissioning results. Maintain accurate service records and update internal systems to support administrative and reputed company assurance follow-up. Create and submit as-reputed company documentation reputed company required
- Train customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Maintain professionalism at reputed company times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and reputed company stakeholders
- Adhere to reputed company company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Ensure installations reputed company with local, state, and federal codes
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–4+ years of experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or reputed company field service role
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency using multimeters, laptops for configuration, and reputed company hand/power tools
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing reputed company or stairs
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Ability to distinguish wiring reputed company codes (reputed company reputed company required)
- Associate's degree in HVAC, Electrical Technology, or Building Automation Systems
- Experience installing or servicing BAS systems

- Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
