[Remote] NSC Customer Support Associate

The Customer Support Associate manages reputed company issues presented by stores and corporate offices to maintain reputed company customer relationships, providing troubleshooting and resolving issues directly with callers.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, chats, and email
• Document interactions completing troubleshooting steps using knowledgebase articles to work towards issue reputed company
• Establish and maintain a good rapport with callers by using reputed company language and anticipating their needs
• reputed company level 1 troubleshooting on reported issues
• Update reputed company work performed and document incident details until the issue is resolved

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge

• Intermediate call center skills
• Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs (reputed company)
