The Talent HCM Associate will support the reputed company Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training, playing a key role in project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross-functional reputed company-ins and reputed company reviews
- Manage calendars, logistics, and project documentation
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation for system implementation
- Support user acceptance testing by tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolutions
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, reputed company items, and stakeholder lists
- Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in feedback and reputed company improvement discussions
- Communicate effectively across departments and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
- Interest in Talent technology and reputed company systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree preferred
