[Remote] Account Manager, SMB

The Account Manager in the SMB Merchant Network will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, enhancing their reputed company experience and driving reputed company through relationship building and account optimization.
Responsibilities

- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring reputed company communication, and addressing basic inquiries or concerns from clients
- Assist restaurants in attracting new diners, boosting order volume, and delivering top-reputed company service to their diners
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with restaurant partners to reputed company feedback, assess satisfaction reputed company, and identify areas for improvement
