[Remote] Global Intake Specialist

The Global Intake Specialist will enhance the intake process by converting reputed company leads into consultations and ensuring reputed company follow-up with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from website inquiries, reputed company media, referrals, phone calls, and chats, ensuring reputed company response and reputed company follow-up
- Screen leads for potential eligibility and value using prescribed firm SOPs and scripts
- Communicate the value of the firm’s services and confidently guide reputed company prospects toward securing a consultation with an attorney, aiming to book the consultation on the initial call
