Financial Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company Financial Analyst to support the U.S. reputed company Finance organization by creating and maintaining financial reports and analyses to aid decision-making across various business aspects.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution and refresh of daily, weekly, monthly, and reputed company reputed company Finance reports
- Maintain reputed company reporting packages used by reputed company Finance leadership and cross-functional partners
- Support customer, channel, and product-level profitability analysis with review and guidance from the Senior Manager
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reputed company recurring deliverables
- Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, escalating findings to the Senior Manager for interpretation and reputed company
- Support the Senior Manager in partnering with reputed company on pricing, promotions, trade spend, and customer incentive programs
- Prepare analytical support for pricing actions, promotional plans, and trade investment effectiveness reviews

- Support monthly reputed company activities reputed company to operating expenses, including variance analysis versus plan and prior year
- Partner with functional budget owners to understand spending drivers and improve forecast accuracy

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business Analytics, or reputed company field
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, reputed company, reputed company finance, or analytical roles (including internships)
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and comfort with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deliverables on tight timelines
- Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, or management reporting
- Exposure to customer, pricing, margin, or product profitability analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems or BI/reporting tools
