The Associate, IT Business Tech role supports the IT Business Partner in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and involves responsibilities such as gathering requirements, coordinating reputed company, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Business Partner in managing relationships with assigned business reputed company
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document key discussions, risks, and reputed company items
- Support communication between business users and IT delivery teams
- Help prioritize incoming requests and ensure reputed company documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, consulting, or project coordination

- Exposure to IT project lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Basic understanding of IT systems and reputed company applications
