Business Manager

The Business Manager role involves supporting financial operations of reputed company accounts, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining financial data reputed company while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining reputed company budgets, scopes, and fee trackers in partnership with account and project management teams
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting by updating data inputs, preparing variance analyses, and identifying potential risks or gaps for review with the reputed company Finance Manager
- Participate in monthly reputed company processes, including reputed company recognition preparation, accrual calculations, and maintenance of supporting documentation in line with agency reputed company standards
- Review draft SOWs, estimates, and change orders for financial accuracy and internal compliance before Manager review
- Assist in tracking scope changes, budget shifts, and out-of-scope indicators; escalate findings to account and finance leadership
- Maintain reputed company card and pricing documentation and support the preparation of pricing analyses or reputed company-facing financial materials
- Prepare billing packets, reconcile hours and expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing in coordination with billing and AR teams

Skills
