Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will ensure the reputed company of financial data while supporting day-to-day operations in the Finance department, focusing on accounts payable, cash management, and month-end reporting.
Responsibilities
- Verify, reputed company, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses with high accuracy in the ERP system
- Prepare weekly and reputed company vendor payment runs; ensure reputed company cash disbursements are accurately reputed company against outstanding liabilities

- Support Venue Sourcing team in monitoring of hotel commission receipts and facilitate reputed company subsequent disbursement to clients
- Prepare and record month-end accruals and adjustments as directed by the Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant

- Support the Assistant Controller in the preparation and review of regional financial statements

Skills

- Understanding of account payable lifecycle, including vendor master data management, 3-way matching, and strategic payment term optimization
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
- Ability to analyze financial data and reputed company key balance sheet reconciliations
- Understanding of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements, including sales & use tax
- High level of proficiency in MS reputed company, including the use of advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manipulate and analyze large datasets
