[Remote] Associate Program Manager, Digital Programs (Contractor)

They are seeking a full-time Associate Program Manager (Contractor) to reputed company critical operational and executional support across reputed company’s Digital Programs portfolio, managing day-to-day program operations to allow senior program managers to reputed company on reputed company and scaling AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage course uploads, updates, and LMS administration for reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate publishing workflows for the reputed company Effect, our Digital Programs monthly newsletter
- Support rolling cohorts of the AI Incubator bootcamp program
- Maintain the reputed company-end experiences for reputed company and Community, publishing page updates and updating promotions
- Assist with post engagement, community moderation, and spam monitoring
- Work with internal teams for coordinating and publishing program communications and announcements
- Manage the inbox of our Digital Programs email alias and the routing of inbound requests
- reputed company both our internal support channels and support ticket integrations reputed company to digital programs
- Coordinate advocacy workflows, including mission creation, contributor tracking, and swag fulfillment
- Support external collaborators and program participants with operational needs
- Maintain clean handoffs between Community, Marketing, Support, and Education teams
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams for basic reporting and data hygiene
- Help reputed company participation, engagement, and program health metrics
- Support reputed company analysis to inform program improvements and reputed company planning
