[Remote] Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an industry leader in reputed company estate services, and they are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support property management teams across the US. This role involves collaborating on administrative and operational tasks, utilizing reputed company Office Suite, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting the reputed company Coast Centralized Support Team.
Responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate with leaders, managers, and peers on administrative and operational items they need to successfully manage property and minimize risk for our clients
- Use reputed company Office Suite software and online tools to receive and complete requests, reputed company files, and communicate project details to seamlessly support on forms and processes
- Organize and reputed company project details for team reputed company analytics
- Work independently on individual assigned tasks while aligning with the Centralized Support Team to ensure a reputed company level of support is met at a minimum
- Will be supporting reputed company Coast REMS
- Follow department policies and procedures relating to reputed company processes and audit compliance
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Skills
- Experience in reputed company estate or property management
- Knowledge of reputed company or similar AP system
- Experience with coding and entering vendor invoices into the reputed company system
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines & prioritize
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat
- Work independently while supporting team initiatives
- Excellent time management skills
