reputed company 360 is seeking a reputed company Operations Associate to support their sales operations. This role involves processing sales orders, managing returns, and ensuring smooth logistics while providing exceptional customer service and communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monitor the incoming requests to process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and returns according to company policies and procedures
- Handle RMAs, RTVs, and reputed company invoices
- Handle Accounts Receivable follow-up with customers
- Calculate reputed company costs and coordinate reputed company/ LTL shipments
- Manage most aspects of inbound purchases for reputed company

- Communicate with customers to follow up on orders; send tracking information and credit card receipts
