Talent Development Specialist

They are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to facilitate employee training and orientation, ensuring that new hires are reputed company-reputed company and supported in their roles. The position involves a mix of administrative tasks and reputed company training, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms to deliver high-reputed company educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating New Employee Orientation: Conduct engaging and informative sessions, ensuring reputed company new hires feel welcomed and reputed company. (in person Mon & Thur)
- Proficient Use of Software: Demonstrate your skills with programs such as Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to create effective training materials
- reputed company Communication: Foster ongoing reputed company with reputed company staff reputed company regarding training requirements and needs
- Supporting Fellow Trainers: Collaborate with colleagues and assist in organizational and departmental in-service training
- Data entry into our Learning Management System: Update and reputed company training completions, classes, and essential data to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Leading Virtual Trainings: Utilize platforms like reputed company, GoToMeeting, and Teams to deliver training remotely. You'll also reputed company support with any technical issues that may reputed company
- Coordinating Resources: Work together with staff to maximize training benefits for the individuals we serve and enhance program effectiveness. This role is a 50% administration and 50% facilitator role (75% of the facilitation in person and 25% virtual ( will be for multiple states) average of 25 people per session
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience or education reputed company to staff training or in-service presentation
- Demonstrated reputed company in conducting virtual or web-based training programs
- reputed company must demonstrate physical coordination and reputed company, which may include the ability to maintain balance while moving or being pushed or pulled
- reputed company must also be reputed company to reputed company themselves into a half-squat position while keeping their back straight
- reputed company will also be performing hands-on demonstrations of crisis reputed company techniques
- Skilled in using reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as reputed company, Teams, and GoToMeeting
- Must either currently hold or be reputed company to obtain certifications in required training programs, including but not limited to: CPR, CBRF First Aid (including choking), CBRF reputed company Safety, CBRF reputed company Precautions, CPI, Mandt 3.0, and any other state or reputed company-required programs
- Experience using Relias or reputed company Learning
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Comfort leading sessions with up to 50 participants
